tbpmx, more resilient than ever.
We are prepared for any storm that may lie ahead, knowing that when we face it we may never be the same again.
“…and once the storm is over, you will not remember what you did to get out of it. But one thing will be for sure when you come out of that storm, you won’t be the same person who went into it. That’s what this storm is all about. (Haruki Murakami)
One of my all-time favorite quotes which is especially relevant as I, amongst many others, go through some profound life changes. 2021, a year where we were so afraid of the uncertainty and distrust looming from the early months of 2020. A time when the pandemic was knocking at our door with increasing force. Today, we have adapted to a new reality for which we were not previously prepared. ”The storm” forced us to change routines, to understand life in different ways, to destroy the paradigms that we considered immovable.

I would dare to say that our understanding of the context has changed and that even in the chaos we managed to discover many hidden facets that make us a more balanced and dynamic team. We learned that nothing is forever and that indeed it is from the noise that the best symphonies are created.
Thank you to one of the most mature teams that the studio has had to date. We look to 2022 as a key year in our evolution. We will celebrate 10 years of infinite changes, processes that adhere operationally and ties that bind us emotionally.
We are prepared for any storm that may lie ahead, knowing that when we face it we may never be the same again.
