This year has been a roller coaster of challenges from the start, constantly questioning our status quo. It seemed impossible that after twelve years of solid and constant steps, we could face a period that would put us to the test again, but so it was... and we are still here, I would dare say stronger than ever, and we should definitely be grateful for that.

To nuance a slight bit, the beginning of the year felt slow, as if we were still connected to a 2022 that didn't want to leave. From one moment to the other it was May and the first four-month period did not give us the numbers we were "used to". The response had to be immediate, like when you go to the doctor for a flu that you can take care of at home but you want to stop it for fear that if it is not treated properly it could turn into pneumonia.

We had to paddle, search, re-design ourselves, knock on doors, but above all, we had to believe we were capable. It was there, in these sudden movements, where we were forced to grow, we designed a couple of new solutions for our customers, we set our sights on other countries. In essence, we moved... that's what life is about: movement.

As the months went by, a new unexpected twist came along and changed the course of our business from one day to the next, we found ourselves in a rush of incredible and very exciting projects that reminded us why we love what we do.

This year we also moved to a new office, something that for us has never been a workspace, but a home that reflects our identity.

As is usual in any company, we saw some members leave the team, but we also welcomed new talent into our studio. Each change, each departure and arrival, contributed to the evolution of our team and the diversity of perspectives that drive us forward.

This year, we experienced a unique mix of emotions, from fear of fear, to complete satisfaction. 2023 faced us with unexpected challenges, but every obstacle became an opportunity to learn and grow... in crisis, you grow.

Looking back, I can say with certainty that this year was a pivotal chapter in tbp's history. With gratitude for the lessons learned and renewed conviction in our purpose, we prepare for next year with the confidence that, together, we will continue to move forward, one step at a time.
